You will assess patients, plan tailored care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to drive positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required; ACLS preferred and encouraged.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients.
