Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required, ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of rehabilitation hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their needs to support recovery.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and questions.
• Celebrate patient victories and milestones as they progress in treatment.
