Job summary

Encompass Health, a national inpatient rehabilitation leader, seeks a Registered Nurse to join our Texas team. You will supervise care, assess patients, tailor care plans, and collaborate across departments to support recovery with compassionate, individualized care.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care and direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff, supporting them with complex patient needs.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients.
