Job summary

NeuLife Rehabilitation Caring Moore seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, while collaborating with physicians, rehabilitation professionals, and other team members. You will document observations and changes in condition, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care.

The RN works within a best-practice environment, promoting health, safety, independence, and quality of life for individuals served.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current, unrestricted RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• One year of nursing experience.
• TB I experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, medication administration, documentation, and computer skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Compassionate, culturally respectful care and ability to work effectively with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor individuals' health, identify changes in condition, and communicate concerns to physicians and the care team.
• Administer medications, provide wound care, and implement physician-ordered treatments within the applicable nursing scope of practice.
• Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records, medication documentation, assessments, and required reports.
• Educate individuals served, families, caregivers, and staff on medications, treatments, and health needs.
• Attend assigned healthcare appointments and team meetings.
• Promote safety, follow infection-control procedures, and use medical equipment safely.
• Maintain confidentiality, nursing competency, and required training; perform other duties as assigned.
