UNC Lenoir Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Ip Rehab Facility team. The RN will lead and participate in direct patient care using the nursing process, applying clinical skills and patient-focused leadership to assess and develop care plans while maintaining medical records.

The role emphasizes analytical assessment of patient needs, coordination with the multidisciplinary team, and commitment to high-quality outcomes in a rehabilitation setting.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina; BLS certification, ACLS within one year.

Responsabilidades

• Operate as a key member of the health care team using the nursing process, clinical skills and leadership to direct, provide and evaluate patient care.
• Analyze patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
