Job summary

UNC Health's Lenoir Health Care in North Carolina seeks a Registered Nurse to join the Ip Rehab Facility. The RN will apply the nursing process, provide direct patient care, and coordinate with the care team to support diverse age groups during day shifts.

The role requires NC RN licensure, BLS and ACLS within one year, and strong communication with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, onsite position with 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina with BLS and ACLS within one year.
• PALS, TNCC and ENPC encouraged but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use clinical computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct, provide and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans and maintain medical records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
