The role focuses on caring for patients with complex pulmonary conditions on a progressive care unit, delivering comprehensive assessments, ventilator management, and individualized care plans. The ideal candidate holds an RN license, has or is developing pulmonary care experience, and demonstrates strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork to support

Qualifications

• Must have RN license.
• Experience or knowledge in pulmonary care and ventilator management preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for patients with complex pulmonary conditions on a progressive care unit.

• Titrate IV medications and oversee telemetry monitoring.
