Job summary

Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a Registered Nurse for the Pulmonary Medicine Unit, handling higher acuity patients. You will develop and revise individualized care plans and coordinate with the care team to achieve patient outcomes.

The role requires an ADN or higher with ACLS/BLS; BSN is preferred, plus at least 1 year of inpatient experience. You will educate patients and families, ensure safety and HIPAA compliance, and support continuous improvement.
