Job summary

Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a Registered Nurse in our Pulmonary Medicine Unit to care for higher acuity patients in a hospital setting. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support patient education and safety.

Key responsibilities include developing and evaluating care plans, assessing health data, and participating in quality improvement and professional development activities. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license and nursing degree.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in Nursing and 1+ year inpatient experience.
