Elite Medical Staffing, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract opportunity in Saginaw, MI. The role is based in a Skilled Nursing Facility with a 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM shift and a pay rate of $51/hour. This is a contract position offering a consistent schedule and competitive compensation.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of RN experience, SNF exposure, and reliable transportation. You must be eligible to work in the United States and willing to undergo background and drug

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working as an RN.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• Reliable transportation to assigned facilities and punctual attendance.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; willing to undergo background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Record patients’ medical information and vital signs in the EMR.
• Assess resident health status and intervene as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans.
• Coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other care staff as appropriate.
• Document assessments and resident responses in the medical record.
• Maintain infection control standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

An RN working contract through Elite Medical Staffing at a skilled nursing facility may be expected to:

• Utilize EMRto record patients’ medical information and vital signs
• Assess resident health status and identify changes requiring clinical intervention
• Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions in accordance with physician orders
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
• Monitor resident outcomes and communicate changes to physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Perform skilled nursing procedures within scope of practice and facility guidelines
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and resident responses in the medical record
• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other care team members as appropriate
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements
• Communicate concerns or issues to onsite supervisor and agency
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working under an active RN license
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in skilled nursing
• Must have reliable transportation to assigned facilities
• Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Able to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds
• Able to be standing and walking with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting with proper body mechanics
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Willing to complete background and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

Credentials Required

• Active and unencumbered MI RN License or Compact RN License
• Government-Issued Photo ID or Passport
• CPR/BLS
• Tuberculosis (TB) Test
• Flu Vaccine (during Flu season)
• Covid-19 Vaccine (religious/medical exemptions accepted)
• Resume
• Additional credentials may be required based on facility placement
