The VIOS Clinic is looking for a Registered Nurse to join the Progressive Care Unit. You will deliver evidence-based care to step-down patients with continuous cardiac monitoring and IV titration, while supporting post-operative recovery.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, precept and mentor staff, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives in a dynamic, acuity-variable setting. Ongoing professional growth is supported.
