Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Sepsis, Shortness of Breath, NSTEMI, Chest Pain, Hyperglycemia, Pneumonia, Respiratory Failure

# of Beds: 39

Nurse to Patient Ratio: typically 3:1 with a stretch to 4:1

Charting: EPIC

Scrub Color: Navy Blue

Areas of Float Support: to med surg when needed

Special Procedures: RN Ventilator Management

Common Equipment: Ventilators, Bipap, Vapotherm, Plum 360 IV pump

REQUIREMENTS

Registered Nurse, PCU Licenses: RN (Compact Accepted) Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Scale Cert
