Job summary

Southern New Hampshire Health System is seeking a 4 West Registered Nurse for the 7p-7a night shift in Nashua. The RN provides comprehensive nursing care to adolescent and adult patients focusing on stroke, telemetry, renal care and related conditions.

A competency-based orientation is required. Candidates must graduate from an accredited nursing program (ASN/BSN) and obtain NH licensure, with BLS within 30 days and certifications in IV therapy, dialysis, telemetry by 180 days.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (ASN or BSN).
• Within 30 days: Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Within 90 days: Intravenous Therapy, Central Line Management.
• Within 180 days: Peritoneal Dialysis, Basic Rhythm Interpretation/Telemetry Monitoring, Telestroke Procedure.

• Assess and implement priority-based nursing care.
• Integrate patient values, best practice, and evidence into care.
• Engage patients and families in the care delivery.
