Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Wyoming to deliver compassionate nursing care to residents in a dedicated unit. You will assess needs, develop care plans, and oversee care delivery with CNAs and other staff.

Ideal candidates hold an active Wyoming license, demonstrate strong clinical assessment skills, and comply with CMS vaccination requirements. Effective communication and teamwork with an interdisciplinary team are essential.

Qualifications
