Methodist Richardson Medical Center, a 443-bed acute care hospital serving Dallas and surrounding areas, seeks a NICU RN to provide specialized nursing care in a Level III unit. The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and a Texas nursing license or eligibility.

Candidates with at least 2 years of NICU RN experience are preferred. The position emphasizes teamwork, patient safety, and adherence to hospital standards while delivering comprehensive nursing care.

• Four (4) shifts per pay period
• Three (3) weekend shifts per quarter
• Two (2) MHS recognized holidays* per calendar year

Registered nurse renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients.

Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

• Current license to practice nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so
• Work experience: Minimum 2 years NICU RN experience
