Job summary

The Methodist Dallas Medical Center in Dallas, TX seeks a Registered Nurse for NICU to provide professional nursing care using the nursing process. You will perform direct and indirect patient care, monitor infants, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to support families.

Required are nursing licensure in Texas, BLS and NRP, and at least 1 year NICU experience; shifts include weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current BLS and NRP certifications are required.
• Current Texas nursing license or eligibility to practice in Texas.
• At least 1 year of NICU RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing components for patient/family education.

Your Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current Basic Life Support Certification, Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certification
• Current license to practice nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so
• Work experience: at least 1 year of applicable NICU RN experience
