All Tennessee Caregivers is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Sevierville, Tennessee. You will assess patients, develop care plans, and monitor health needs while traveling within Sevier County to provide consistent, high-quality care.

The successful candidate will collaborate with healthcare professionals, document progress in electronic medical records, and support families with education.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients' health needs and develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes.
• Educate patients and families, providing support.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' health needs and develop and implement care plans
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member
• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
• Document patients' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
