Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months RN experience or completion of a Nurse Residency Program.
• BLS certification and additional departmental certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Render direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Supervise team members and coordinate care.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Build collaborative relationships and ensure safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Uphold infection control and safety procedures.
