Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient conditions, document findings accurately.
• Execute treatments and medications safely per policies.
• Collaborate with physicians, ancillary staff, and team to meet patient needs.
• Engage in patient and family education and discharge planning.
• Participate in unit decision-making, evidence-based practice, and safety programs.
• Support a team environment, troubleshoot equipment issues, and adapt to patient status changes.
