Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an RN to provide independent nursing care in a clinical setting, demonstrating competent practice and a patient-centered approach. The role includes planning long-term care and delegating tasks as appropriate.

The nurse will perform assessments, coordinate with families, and administer treatments following established protocols, while ensuring accurate documentation and ongoing patient education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a related nursing specialty preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of employment or a compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care following the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments using established protocols, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided accurately.
• Assess educational needs and provide relevant education to patients, families, and caregivers.
