Job summary
Health Here in Brevard, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse (PRN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with healthcare teams. You will prioritize comfort, safety, and compassion while supporting multiple departments.
You will assess pain, perform procedures, document care, educate patients and families, and advocate for positive clinical outcomes in a fast-paced clinical setting. No travel required.
Qualifications
- Valid RN license required.
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS within required timeframes.
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in nursing required.
Responsibilities
- Assess and manage patient pain and comfort.
- Perform assigned nursing procedures and document care.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and escalate as needed.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about conditions, treatments, medications, and lifestyle modifications to promote self-management.
- Advocate for patients and support safe, quality care outcomes.
