Job summary

Advanced Correctional Healthcare is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide nursing care within correctional facilities. Responsibilities include administering medications, triaging urgent needs, and coordinating multiple medical services under the practitioner’s direction.

You will maintain licensing, document patient information accurately, and ensure HIPAA compliance while supporting overall patient care and safety in a controlled setting.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in the state where services are provided.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Knowledge of the RN scope of practice.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA practices.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver nursing care to patients.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
