Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license for the state or compact licensure, with adherence to licensing requirements.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification via the American Heart Association or completed within 30 days of hire.
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, or other unit‑specific credentials may be required based on the department.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform tasks requiring reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting.
