Job summary

Pawnee Nation Behavioral Health in Pawnee, OK is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide essential medical care in a fast-paced behavioral health setting. This night-shift opportunity supports detox and recovery services with a focus on safety, documentation, and compassionate care.

You’ll join a multidisciplinary team, manage intake, monitoring, MARs, and MAT-related activities. A current Oklahoma RN or LPN license is required; CPR/First Aid within 30 days; experience in behavioral health

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma RN or LPN license (or ability to obtain) required.
• Previous experience in behavioral health, detox, or addiction treatment strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) a plus.
• Strong communication, triage, and time-management skills.
• Must obtain First Aid & CPR certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Own the patient intake process: conduct focused assessments, collect vitals, and complete drug screenings.
• Drive timely, accurate documentation: generate and audit MARs; support MAT protocols and medication education.
• Support and adapt: flex between patient care and light administrative tasks to keep operations running.
• Act fast and follow through: monitor patient progress and flag concerns early.
• Lead with confidence: bring clarity, action, and consistency to a multidisciplinary care team.

SHIFT OPTIONS

We offer a 3-day workweek with 12-hour shifts, giving you more flexibility and focus.

• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• Rotating Weekends Required
• PRN options available

What You'll Do

• Lead with confidence: Bring clarity, action, and consistency to a multidisciplinary care team focused on outcomes.

THE DETAILS

• Work Environment: Indoors, fast-paced, mission-driven
• Physical Requirements: Regular movement, occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs)
• Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts per week, Day or Night shifts with rotating weekends
