Job summary

Proforma Health Inc. is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) in Colorado to plan and deliver direct resident care using the nursing process. You will lead shift routines, supervise personnel as the in-charge, and provide unit leadership to ensure high-quality care.

The role emphasizes strong communication, assessment skills, and adherence to the Nurse Practice Act. A CPR certification is required, and long-term care experience is preferred, with competitive compensation and flexible PRN

Qualifications

• CPR Certification required.
