Job summary

Centennial Heart in Nashville, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Registered Nurse for day-shift coverage with no nights or weekends. You will provide clinical nursing care and support a collaborative team dedicated to high-quality patient care.

The role includes patient screening, exam preparation, medication administration, record maintenance, and family education. RN license and 1–3 years’ experience are preferred to join our mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.
• 1–3 years' RN experience preferred.
• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage efficient flow of patients including screening and exam prep.
• Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment.
• Maintain and review patient records including tests and results.
• Administer medications as ordered by physician.
• Check rooms daily for necessary supplies.
• Answer and triage telephone calls as needed.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Full time (Monday - Friday, days), no nights, no on call, no weekends, no holidays

Seeking a Registered Nurse RN for our practice who provides clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do.

What you will do in this role:

You will manage efficient flow of patients including screening, preparation for exam, providing general nursing care, and arranging or testing and admissions

You will instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions

You will maintain and review patients’ records including posting tests and examination results

You will administer medications in accordance with physician orders

You will check rooms daily for necessary supplies

You will respond to and refer incoming telephone calls (may include phone triage when needed)

Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement”.

What Qualifications you will need:

Education:

Graduation from an accredited school of registered nursing is required

Experience:

1-3 years' experience as a registered nurse is preferred

Certification/ License:

Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations
