As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide direct resident care while serving as a clinical leader for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). You'll play a critical role in ensuring quality outcomes, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and creating a supportive environment where residents receive the highest level of care.
Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with resident care plans, physician orders, and nursing standards.
Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs in delivering exceptional resident care.
Assess resident conditions, monitor changes, and communicate findings to physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely and effectively.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and team members to achieve the best possible outcomes.
