As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide direct resident care while serving as a clinical leader for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). What You'll Do

Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with resident care plans, physician orders, and nursing standards.

Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs in delivering exceptional resident care.

Assess resident conditions, monitor changes, and communicate findings to physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.

Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely and effectively.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and team members to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations, policies, and procedures.

Promote a culture of respect, professionalism, and person-centered care.

Qualifications

Education

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience required.
• One (1) year of skilled nursing facility experience preferred.

Licensure & Certifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing.
• Current CPR Certification.
