PINELLAS 1 HOME HEALTH CARE CORP is seeking an RN PRN in Clearwater, FL to deliver high‑quality home health services. You will perform patient assessments, create individualized care plans, administer medications, and coordinate with the care team to ensure safety and excellent outcomes.

You will educate patients and families, document progress, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. A Florida RN license, home health experience, and CPR/First Aid certification are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida.
• Home health care experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Compassionate demeanor and patient-centered care.
• AXXESS EMR experience preferred.
