Job Description

As a home health nurse – RN, your responsibilities will be to assess patient’s condition and initiate start of care face‑to‑face visits, perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review, administer medication as prescribed by the patient’s physician, dress (or re‑dress) wounds, provide patient education, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team regarding care plan progress, provide supervision and competency checks for RNs, LPNs, and CNA/HHAs as needed, and make recommendations for devices/tools/medications that might improve patient’s quality of life.

Job Requirements
