Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Taylorsville, KY, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to work 1-on-1 with pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes. Full-time and part-time positions available for day, evening, and/or night shifts.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state where the RN will practice.
• TB test or Chest X-ray is current.
• BLS certification is current.
• One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services per the prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care team and document nursing diagnoses.
