Cayuga Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Cayuga Primary Care in Trumansburg to support physicians and mid-level providers with clinical activities and direct patient care in a team-based setting.

The RN will triage calls, record vital signs, assist with education and care coordination, and prepare patient records as directed by the physician. Requires NYS RN licensure and BLS certification. Onsite location with a Monday–Friday day shift and community-focused care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited RN program.
• Current NYS licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS Certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional nursing care per Nursing Practice Act.
• Carry out nursing procedures for patient comfort and well-being.
• Triage physicians/providers, manage prescriptions, test results, and patient calls.
• Prepare patient records and educate patients per physician instructions.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and participate in team meetings.
• Assist in care coordination and communicate with community resources as appropriate.
