Job summary

FootCare By Nurses is seeking Registered Nurses to provide expert foot and lower-limb care in patients' homes and community clinics. You will perform comprehensive assessments, support mobility preservation, and educate patients and families about prevention, footwear choices, and fall risk.

This role emphasizes prevention over crisis, offers independence with a flexible schedule (18–35 hours/week), no nights or on-call shifts, and a supportive team to back you up while you build meaningful

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license in MA.
• Experience in home health or preventive care is a plus.
• Strong assessment and patient education skills.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive assessments that consider skin and nail health, circulation, sensation, gait, footwear, fall risk, health conditions, medications, and how these factors work together.
• Provide professional foot and lower limb care in patients' homes, foot clinics, and other community settings.
• Educate patients and families about prevention, foot health, safety, and mobility preservation.
• Recognize concerns early and refer them to the appropriate healthcare provider when out of our scope of practice.
• Document using smartphone-based charting.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
• Work independently with the support of a knowledgeable team.
