Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an RN who practices independently in a clinical setting, delivering routine and complex patient care while managing contingencies and long-term goals.

You will address patients’ psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administer medications per protocols, and document patient histories and care provided. Strong communication and patient education skills are essential.

Qualifications

• RN license and BLS certification are required.
• BSN preferred; at least 1 year of related nursing experience preferred.
• ACLS and PALS required within specified timeframes.
• Perioperative or surgical experience is advantageous.
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills are essential.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of one year of related nursing experience preferred.
• Current RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Additional certifications such as ACLS and PALS are required within specified timeframes.
• Experience in perioperative or surgical settings is advantageous.
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills.

Additional Requirements: Completion of onboarding, annual competency validations, and adherence to certification deadlines are essential for ongoing practice.
