Job summary

Advanced Surgery Center of North County in Escondido, CA, is hiring a Registered Nurse - PreOp PostOp for a part-time role. The RN will provide continuity and quality nursing care for patients emerging from anesthesia or sedation, including assessment and discharge planning.

The position offers daytime hours, Monday–Friday, with no on-call, nights, weekends, or holiday work. Starting pay range is $50.00–$62.00 per hour, depending on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package available.

Qualifications

• Current CA Nursing License.
• Current CPR and ACLS accreditation by AHA.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 2+ year PACU experience in a hospital setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and maintain professional conduct.

What You Will Do (Job Summary)

The Registered Nurse PreOp PostOp provides continuity and quality nursing care for all patients, with continual evaluation of the patient's condition, providing patient safety, comfort, and privacy at all times. Will provide total comprehensive patient care to patients emerging from general anesthesia and/or sedation; assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patient and family in preparation for discharge.

Monday-Friday daytime work schedule

NO call required

NO Nights, NO Weekends, NO Holiday work hours

Starting Pay Range: $50.00 - $62.00 / per hour, depending on experience
