Job summary

Siouxland Community Health Center in Sioux City, IA seeks a dedicated RN for a full-time Family Practice support role. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–5:00 PM, with a fast-paced clinic environment.

Requirements include active RN licensure, BLS, and Mandatory Reporter certification; EMR experience is a definite plus. Primary duties: assist provider with visits, coordinate appointments, triage calls, document orders, and maintain medical records and practice management systems.

Qualifications

Experience and Knowledge Required

• Multi‑Physician Family Practice experience preferred.
• Electronic Medical / Health Records (EMR) experience a definite plus.
• Current RN licensure.
• Current BCLS and Mandatory Reporter certification.
