Job summary

Westlawn Surgery Center in Murfreesboro, TN is hiring a Pre Op PACU RN for a full‑time role. The RN will provide perioperative nursing care across pre‑op and PACU, following the medical plan of care and organizational policies.

The ideal candidate is a licensed RN with 1–3 years of PreOP/PACU experience, BLS/ALS/PALS current, and a preference for ambulatory surgical center settings. Join a patient‑centered team focused on quality orthopedic care.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license in the state.
• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must have at least 1–3 years' previous experience in PreOP/PACU.
• Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center strongly preferred.
• Must have current BLS, ALS and PALS.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care in the Pre‑op/PACU using the nursing process and plan of care.
• Deliver safe, effective, and patient‑family centered care in perioperative services.
• Follow organizational policies and report to the Manager of Peri‑operative Services.

Pre Op PACU RN at Westlawn Surgery Center

The RN Pre-op/PACU is a Registered Nurse that provides quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organizational policies. The RN Pre-op/PACU provides safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the perioperative services for all patient populations. The RN Pre-op/PACU supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization. The RN Pre-op/PACU reports to the Manager of Peri-operative Services.
