Job summary

Patient Partners Surgery Center in Gallatin, TN is hiring a Registered Nurse for Pre-Op/PACU on a PRN basis. No weekends, no holidays, and no call required.

The RN will provide perioperative nursing care, follow the medical plan of care and organizational policies, and report to the Peri-operative Services Manager. Ambulatory surgical center experience and current BLS/ALS/PALS are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must be a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license in the state.
• Must have at least 1-3 years' previous experience in PreOP/PACU.
• Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center strongly preferred.
• Must have current BLS, ALS and PALS.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care in PreOP/PACU using the nursing process and plan of care.
• Adhere to organizational policies and protect patient-family centered care.
• Report to the Manager of Peri-operative Services and collaborate with the care team.

Registered Nurse PreOp PACU at Patient Partners Surgery Center

The RN PACU is a Registered Nurse that provides quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organizational policies. The RN PACU provides safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the perioperative services for all patient populations. The RN PACU supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization. The RN Pre-op/PACU reports to the Manager of Peri-operative Services.
