Registered Nurse – Post‑Surgical Unit

Position: Full‑Time Night Shift

Location: Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Trophy Club, TX

Sign‑on Bonus: $10,000

Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, organize, coordinate and implement nursing care services for post‑surgical patients in accordance with accepted standards of care.
• Ensure the highest quality and safe delivery of patient care, maintaining compliance with professional nursing standards, The Joint Commission, and all federal and state regulations.
• Respond to patients presenting to the facility with a healthcare need and provide the medical screening exam as delegated by the Medical Executive Committee.

Qualifications

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.

Licensure / Certification:

• Current Texas RN license.
• BLS and ACLS required.

Experience:

• At least one year’s experience as an RN in hospital medical/surgery or ICU unit preferred.
• Telemetry experience required.
