Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Trophy Club is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to support the Post-Surgical Unit during night shifts. You will plan, direct and coordinate nursing care to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas RN license, BLS and ACLS, with at least one year of hospital Med/Surg or ICU experience and telemetry exposure. Join us in a compassionate, patient-focused team at Trophy Club, TX.

Qualifications

• Current Texas RN License with active status.

Registered Nurse Post-Surgical Unit at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Trophy Club:

• ThePost-Surgical Unit RN has the responsibility to plan, direct organize, coordinate and implement all nursing care services for the post-surgical patients in a manner suitable to accepted standards of care.
• He/she ensures the highest quality and safe delivery of patient care, maintains compliance with professional nursing, The Joint Commission, and all Federal and State standards of care.
• ThePost-Surgical Unit RN is assigned to respond to patients presenting to facility with a healthcare need and will provide the Medical Screening Exam as delegated by the Medical Executive Committee.

Qualifications

Education:

• Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing.

Licensure/Certification:

• Current Texas RN License
• BLS and ACLS required

Required Experience:

• At least one (1) years' experience as an RN in hospital Medical/Surgery or ICU unit preferred.
• Telemetry experience required
