Calvado Care is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team across multiple locations.

We value strong clinical skills, clear communication, and the ability to supervise and delegate to CNAs and LPNs. A valid RN license and CPR certification are required; experience in long-term care or rehabilitation is preferred.

• Valid RN license is required.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or acute care is preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and clear communication are essential.
• Ability to supervise, delegate, and collaborate with the healthcare team.

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and clinically skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our nursing team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders

• Administer medications, IVs, and treatments as prescribed

• Assess and monitor resident conditions, document clinical findings, and report changes to the healthcare team

• Coordinate and supervise CNA and LPN staff to ensure high-quality care

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support rehabilitation and long-term care goals

• Maintain accurate nursing documentation, care plans, and reports

• Follow infection control, patient safety, and HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN)

• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or acute care preferred

• Strong clinical skills, communication, and critical thinking abilities

• Must be able to supervise, delegate, and work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team

• CPR certification required (or obtained upon hire)
