Job summary

Endeavor Health’s Plainfield Cancer Center is hiring a Registered Nurse, Oncology, for a day shift from 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. This full-time position offers 40 hours per week on a dedicated unit with no weekend or holiday shifts.

You will provide safe, evidence-based nursing care, coordinate with the care team, and support patients undergoing outpatient infusion. Illinois RN license, ADN or BSN, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of oncology infusion experience are required

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license required.
• Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Current CPR certification required; Oncology specific credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective nursing care on an oncology unit.
• Utilize nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Guide assigned unlicensed personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care.
• Communicate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences.
