Job summary

Soliant is seeking registered nurses for pediatric intensive care units (PICU/CVICU) across area hospitals in Minnesota. Earned RN licensure and BLS/PALS are required, with 18 months of PICU or pediatric CVICU experience.

The contract spans 12 weeks, with multiple shifts and weekends included. Positions support pediatric patients and families, with options for 36–48 hour weeks and opportunities to float among three hospital locations.

Job description

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years PICU RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into an impactful nursing role dedicated to providing expert care for children and families in a dynamic, supportive environment. Six opportunities are available for compassionate professionals to support pediatric patients in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) across leading area hospitals. This contract role is set for a 12-week engagement from October 19, 2026, through January 10, 2027.

Schedule & Hours

• Options for full-time roles: 0.9 FTE (three 12-hour shifts per week, 36 hours) and 1.2 FTE (four 12-hour shifts per week, 48 hours)
• Choice of straight day, straight night, or rotating shifts (7:00 am – 7:30 pm or 7:00 pm – 7:30 am)
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call shifts

Key Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of PICU experience (including care for pre- and post-operative surgical and trauma patients), or 18 months of pediatric CVICU experience

$2,967 - $3,128/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
