Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an ambulatory care RN to assess patients, triage in person and by phone, and assist physicians with examinations in a busy clinic setting.

You will administer medications and immunizations, provide patient education, and coordinate referrals and follow-ups, while maintaining an organized, safe environment and accurate EHR documentation.

Qualifications

• ADN is required.
• Current RN license is required.
• Passing the NCLEX-RN examination is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• 1–2 years of ambulatory/clinic nursing experience preferred.
• BSN is preferred.
• AMB-BC certification is preferred.
• Ambulatory assessment and triage.
• Knowledge of chronic disease management, prevention, and immunizations.

• Ability to assist with procedures and examinations
• Strong patient education and care coordination
• Effective telephone and message triage
