WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• This is a busy cardiology practice, your anticipated schedule will be Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm, allowing you to enjoywork life balance with consistent day shift schedule and observed holidays off work
• Respond to patient calls and electronic messages, prioritize concerns based on clinical urgency, provide education within scope of practice, and ensure timely resolution of patient needs
• Facilitate care coordination by scheduling appropriate appointments, obtaining prior authorizations, processing prescription refills, and supporting continuity of care across the patient journey
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient communications, clinical assessments, and care interventions in accordance with departmental and regulatory standards

QUALIFICATIONS

• Required Associate’s Degree Nursing/Patient Care; Preferred Bachelor’s Degree Nursing/Patient Care
• 1 year Nursing/Patient Care in acute care or ambulatory settings Preferred
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) certification required - American Heart Association
• Required Registered Nurse (RN) license - State Licensing Board
