Elara Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver patient care across the continuum in home and hospice settings. You will work 1:1 with patients, reporting to the Clinical Supervisor and coordinating with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Requirements include a valid RN license, 1 year of clinical care experience, and reliable transportation with 50% travel. Hospice or home health experience is preferred, and training support is available.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Certificate/Diploma/Associate/Bachelor)
• Current State RN license
• At least 1 year of clinical care experience
• Experience in hospice or home health preferred
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move patients/equipment up to 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation and 50% travel

What is Required?

• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
• Current State License as a Registered Nurse RN
• 1 year of experience in a clinical care setting
• Experience in a hospice or home health environment is preferred
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
• Reliable transportation to perform job tasks
• 50% travel
