Job summary

Elara Caring in Duncan, OK is seeking a Registered Nurse for Personal Care Services to provide high-quality home-based care. The role includes start-of-care visits, care plan development, and supervising caregivers to ensure safety and adherence to standards.

The RN will travel locally, report to the Clinical Manager, and work weekdays with no on-call, weekends, or holidays. Requires an accredited nursing degree and active OK RN license, plus strong clinical and communication skills.
