Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Personal Care Services in home care. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals in their own homes and coordinate with a clinical team to maintain high-quality outcomes.

This role requires current RN licensure, at least one year of clinical experience, willingness to travel up to 50%, and reliable transportation. A supportive schedule includes weekdays with no on-call, and opportunities for tuition reimbursement and

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (certificate, diploma, ADN or BSN).
• Current State RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical care experience.
• Hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% with reliable transportation.
• Reports to the Clinical Supervisor.

What Is Required?
