Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in New Jersey to provide clinical care, advocate for patients, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. The role requires completion of an approved RN program and an active NJ RN license, with BLS HCP certification within 60 days of start.
Experience in long-term care and geriatric care is a plus. We emphasize teamwork, patient-centered care, and adherence to CE requirements.

Completion of an approved RN program.
Current with all Continuing Education (CE) requirements.
Perform clinical care professionally.
Serve as patient advocate and role model to other Team Members.
Deliver patient care with minimal disruptions and obstacles.
Ability to effectively work on a multidisciplinary team.
Endurance to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 pounds.
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Long-term care facility experience.
Prior work experience with geriatric and disabled populations.
Bi-lingual (Spanish).
NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License
BLS AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification within 60 days of entering position
CPR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
IV Certification
Minimum rate of $43.21 Hourly
