Job summary

Aura Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (PRN/Per Diem/Flex/Float) to provide patient care across Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, Medical-Surgical, and Women's Health units.

Responsibilities include using the nursing process to assess, plan, and deliver care, evaluating outcomes, coordinating with other departments, and upholding patient rights and confidentiality, while aligning with organizational standards. Flexible shift options and participation in the Gig Nursing Program are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN licensure.
• Minimum 1 year Med Surg experience or 2 years in specialized areas.
• BSN and Epic experience preferred.

Role:

Registered Nurse (PRN/Per Diem/Flex/Float) providing patient care across various departments including Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, Medical-Surgical, and Women's Health.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, and deliver patient care;
• evaluate care effectiveness;
• coordinate with other departments;
• uphold patient rights and confidentiality;
• and adhere to organizational standards and values.

Key Duties:

• Flexibly select shifts (day or night), work without mandatory weekends or holidays, and be responsible for scheduling minimum hours;
• participate in the Gig Nursing Program with potential shift cancellations.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program;
• current RN licensure;
• minimum 1-year recent Med Surg experience or 2-year experience in specialized areas;
• preferred BSN and Epic experience.

Certifications:

• BLS required for all, with ACLS and PALS for critical care and emergency roles;
• additional certifications may be required.

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, and squat throughout shifts.
