Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift on a 16-bed PICU unit with family-centered care. You will work 36 hours weekly with weekend and holiday rotations in a high-acuity setting. The compensation ranges from $36.00 to $55.80 per hour.

A new minimum of $37.25/hour begins with the second October paycheck. A $25,000 sign-on bonus applies for eligible PICU experience.

Qualifications

• Illinois Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license.
• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing.
• If ADN is highest degree, BSN must be completed within five years of start date.
• Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association).
• PALS within three months of start date.
• 2 years of Pediatric PICU experience preferred.

Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

Position Highlights:

Sign on Bonus: $25,000 for candidates with at least 18 months of experience within PICU clinical specialty (with parameters)

Location: Naperville, IL

Full Time - 36 hours

Hours: Nights 7pm-7:30am Includes weekend and holiday rotations

16 Bed unit -Family Centered Care

What you will need:

• Illinois Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license
• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
• If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date (effective September 1, 2021)
• Current BLS Certification issued by American Heart Association
• Pediatric Life Support (PALS) within three months of start date into position
• 2 years of Peds Picu experience highly preferred
